Who is Debra Norton?

I am a Stampin' Up Demonstrator in the USA. I live in Prudenville, Mi. which is right by Houghton Lake hence the team name. I am 66 years old. I live with a lady friend that is 86 that I care for. I have a dog (Pepper) I will find a picture of later who was an abused rescue dog. She tries to stay glued to me at all times. I also have 5 cats ranging in age from 8 years to 16 years old. One was my daughter's cat who she had to give up.2 are sisters that the other grandma got and had to get rid of because it was thought that my grandson was allergic to cats, which today they have 2 cats. One was a stray who was outside in the winter so we took him in and the youngest stumbled out of the woods next door at 1 lb. 1 oz. so we kept her. Sometimes they all drive me crazy, but I don't know what I would do without them.

I started buying used sets from Stampin' Up! from my upline. Then she talked me into being a demonstrator. I first started out making birthday cards for my church family to let them know that I thought their birthday was a special day too. Then my daughter died and making cards helped me through my grieving process. I have a ministry at church called Circle of Hope where I make cards to sell mainly at Christmas to get funds to keep our group self sufficient. We help in the community and give Blankets to the Veterans. I enjoy making cards and teaching others to make them. I have a class on the second Saturday of every month except December. The money from that class minus the cost of supplies goes to Circle Of Hope.

I have a Facebook business page Facebook.com/stampingbthelake. I try to make a card every day, except Sunday and put it up on there. I sell Stampin' Up products and will be making videos of cards I make on here. I will also be making card kits that you can buy. I also make card sets to sell. I love to inspired others' creativity. When I first started I couldn't see straight so I used the Stamparatus. But I'm getting better. I used to make quilts and the colors and patterns remind me of card making. One thing about Stampin' Up they color coordinate all their products so it is very easy. I am building a team of discount shoppers. But anyone who joins my team and wants to do what I do I will help you. These are photos of myself and one of Pepper. I will get the cats later.
